KA1 courses: Institute for Contemporary Education organises new Erasmus projects
Institute for Contemporary Education, as a part of LINKgroup, was given the opportunity to present its courses within the framework of the Erasmus project of KA1 courses aimed at the mobility of European teachers who would like to acquire new knowledge, skills and competencies for personal and professional development.
The new Erasmus programme, for the 2021/2027 period, aims to include the greatest possible number of participants, and in consequence, the ICE emphasises inclusion, green initiatives and digitalisation as the key priorities of its courses.
As part of its comprehensive programme, the ICE will present everything that Belgrade has to offer to tourists so that participants could learn more about its history, culture and landmarks.
Professional development of teachers through innovative educational approaches
Erasmus+ is a comprehensive programme through which the EU funds mobility projects in education, training and sports, to support the academic and professional development of teachers through specialised courses.
Spending time in another country to gain new experiences has become a standard practice, and this programme makes a significant contribution to social cohesion, encouraging innovative approaches to learning and work.
Teachers, who receive the most productive sorts of assistance in acquiring skills necessary for a successful and profitable career, are at the very centre of these goals.
The Institute for Contemporary education has great potential in the field of digital teaching and learning technologies, so the participants will get an opportunity to acquire a comprehensive range of digital skills, and keep up with the latest global innovations.
In addition to the contemporary approach, the programme is also focused on sustainable development as a key component of the Erasmus+ programme and the European Union itself; as a consequence, projects that raise the awareness of the need for sustainable development are prioritised.
The programme also focuses on understanding the European Union context in terms of the importance of unity and acceptance of differences; therefore, the project is, beyond doubt, a great way to ensure that all individuals feel equal.
