In this course, you are going to learn mindful techniques that will help you to upgrade your approach to teaching. We cannot expect to have mindful students if we do not have mindful teachers. So, it is the right time to help teachers develop tools and skills in stress control, personal growth and saving vital energy.
Overall, teachers’ well-being will be better and the students will be able to get better teaching. Mindful skills will be presented through exercises that can be implemented in the daily practice.

Global Perspectives teacher Tatjana Koluvija graduated from University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Philology with a BA in Serbian Language and Literature. She obtained her MA from the Faculty of Philology. Tatjana worked at various schools in Belgrade, teaching children Serbian language and literature.
